Alter Health Academy

I didn't come to epigenetics through ambition. I came through necessity, when conventional medicine had no answers and the person I loved most needed help I had to find myself. That's what brought me to understand how the whole person works - body and mind, metabolism and nervous system, genes and life story all woven together.

And that's what I teach.

The Academy isn't a credential factory. It's a place where people who care deeply can learn the frameworks I've built, the things I wish I'd known earlier,

and the skills to translate understanding into real change for the people they work with.

Whether you're deepening your own health, beginning to coach others, or building a full practice, the path starts the same way: with curiosity about how things actually work, openness to what the science really says, and enough empathy to hold the whole human being in the room.

Everything here is built on the same principle I live by. No shortcuts, no overclaims, no separation between your own healing and your ability to help others. Your health is your first case. Your integrity is your foundation. And the work you do matters because it's grounded, it's honest, and it changes things.
