You are not stuck because you have not tried hard enough

Premium 1:1 Fertility Mentoring for couples who have been doing this for a while, and want the next chapter to be carried by someone who actually looks at the full picture of both of your bodies, in the right order, with the right depth.

Before the page goes into structure, prices, or process, the video below is the most important context.

It explains how I work, who this is built for, and why most couples at this point need something different from what they have been doing.

Watch with your partner if you can.

This is built for couples who have already done a great deal and want the next chapter to be different

Premium Mentoring is the highest-touch work I do. It is built for couples whose situation needs depth, continuity, and direct access rather than information and structure alone.

If any of the following describes the two of you, the discovery call is the right next step.

  • You have done one to three IVF cycles, often labeled "unexplained" or "borderline," and you are looking at the question of whether to do another

  • You have done the course, the supplements, the second opinions, and you want someone to actually hold the case across months rather than deliver more material

  • Your situation is complex. Recurrent loss, layered autoimmune involvement, both partners showing relevant findings, and you want the depth of attention that complexity requires

  • You want live calls and direct access, not a self-paced container and an email address

  • You are ready to make this work a priority for the next three to six months, and you can carry the investment without it becoming the thing you regret

  • You and your partner have arrived at this together, not just one of you

Premium 1:1 Fertility Mentoring

The relational model that makes this different from a coaching package

Fertility decisions, made well, are not made in isolation.

Most of the couples who come to me at this tier have been carrying their situation alone, with each partner doing some version of private research, private guilt, and private grief.

By the time we sit down for the first call, the relief of having someone hold the case with them is often the first thing they describe.

My role is not to add another protocol on top of the protocols you have already tried. My role is to look at the two of you as one biological situation, ask the questions nobody has asked yet, read what your bodies are showing me, and help you make the next decision, then the one after that, with calm and with depth.

The work runs across three or six months, depending on which container fits your situation. Within that time, we operate on four principles:

Principle #1: Structure instead of overwhelm

You do not need to know everything before we start. You need to know the next right step, executed properly, with the next step after that already in view. Premium provides the architecture so you and your partner can focus on doing the work rather than figuring out what the work should be.

Principle #2: Continuous adjustment instead of fixed plans

Your bodies will respond. Markers will move. Symptoms will shift, in both directions. The plan adapts to what is happening in real time, rather than locking you into a protocol designed before we knew what your specific biology would do.

Principle #3: Shared responsibility instead of pressure on one partner

Both of you are included in the calls. Both of you have protocols. Both of you have homework, when there is homework. The cellular contribution from each side is real, and the relational layer between you matters as much as either of your individual workups. The mentoring is built around that fact.

Principle #4: Medical depth, not wellness

I am a physician. The work happens at the level of labs, markers, mechanisms, SNPs, and specific clinical interpretation, with the same rigor I would apply to a member of my own family. No pressure protocols, no rigid rules, but also no vague advice to tune into your body. Specific, structured, and verifiable.

The specific elements that make up the container - what´s included

#1 Comprehensive intake and full case review for both partners

Before our first working call, you both complete a detailed intake. Health history, fertility history, every cycle and intervention, every supplement, current symptoms, your story in your own words. I read it carefully, mark the patterns I am seeing, and arrive at our first call with specific questions and a working hypothesis about the two of you.

#2 Fertility-focused lab guidance for both of you

I send you specific lab catalogs for each partner, the tests that move the needle in your situation. Inflammation, methylation, mitochondrial markers, immune balance, specific SNPs, gut and liver, micronutrient status. You run the labs locally and I interpret the results in the context of everything else we know about the two of you.

#3 A custom protocol that evolves with you, not a fixed plan

Two protocols, one for each of you, designed to work together as a single strategy. Supplements with exact form, dose, timing, and duration. Lifestyle and nervous system pieces specific to your picture. Reviewed and adjusted every call as your bodies respond and the data changes.

#4 Regular live 1:1 Zoom calls with me, personally

Monthly 30-minute calls, with both of you on the call when possible. We review progress, clarify questions, adjust the plan, and walk through the next phase together. You are never left to wonder what comes next.

#5 Direct email access between calls

Throughout the three or six months, you can email me directly with questions, concerns, lab updates, decisions you are facing, anything that comes up during implementation. I personally answer within two working days, usually faster. No team, no template responses.

#6 A shared process for both partners

Because fertility works best when the decisions, the responsibility, and the understanding are carried together. Both of you are present in the work, both of you have your roles, and both of you leave the mentoring with the clarity to keep going on your own when the container ends.

What happens when you book the call

Because the discovery call is the only way into Premium, I want to explain exactly what it is and is not, so you and your partner know what you are booking:

What the call is

A thirty-minute conversation between me and the two of you on Zoom. I will ask you about your situation, the cycles you have been through, what you have already tried, what is still unclear, and what you are hoping the next six months can become. You can ask me anything about the mentoring, about my work, about what I see in situations like yours.

At the end of the call, one of three things happens. If the work is clearly the right fit, I will tell you so, and you can decide whether to begin. If the work is not the right fit, I will tell you that too, and point you toward something that is. If we both need more time to decide, the door stays open, with no pressure either way.

What the call is not

Not a sales pitch. Not a scripted pre-screening to qualify your wallet. Not thirty minutes of me talking at you. The call is a conversation between three adults about whether a specific piece of work makes sense for a specific situation.

What you need to do before the call

Both of you on Zoom, ideally

A quiet space and uninterrupted time

Any quick context you want me to know in advance can

go in the booking notes

No paperwork, no labs, no preparation needed

What it costs

Nothing. The discovery call is free. You and your partner book a slot that works for both of you, we have the conversation, and you decide afterward whether you want to begin the actual mentoring.

Choosing between

three and six months

Two containers, real decision support, not "both are equally good"

Both containers exist for real reasons, and the right one depends on your situation.

We will decide together on the discovery call, but here is the framework I use to think about it.

Choose three months if:

  • Your situation is clear and you want focused, structured guidance to get a defined piece of work done

  • You want to assess after a defined window before deciding whether to continue

  • You are coming in with relatively recent labs and a known direction, and need help executing rather than starting from scratch

  • You prefer to begin with the shorter container and extend if the work calls for it

The three-month container is full mentoring, just compressed into a shorter window. Same depth, same access, same care, finished within a specific timeframe.

Choose six months if:

  • Your situation is more complex and the work will benefit from continuity through the full biological cycle (eggs mature over ninety days, sperm over seventy-two)

  • You are coming in after several failed cycles or recurrent loss, and want the depth that a six-month container provides

  • You want the implementation phase, the assessment phase, and the refinement phase all held within one container without re-engaging mid-process

  • You want room for early pregnancy support if conception happens within the container

The six-month container is most couples' choice when complexity is real, because it lets the work actually settle. Three months is often where couples wish they had gone longer.

If you are unsure

Book the discovery call. By the end of the thirty minutes, we will both know which container fits the situation. There is no penalty for choosing one and extending later, and there is no extra cost for choosing six up front. The right number for the two of you is the one we land on together on the call.

What This Is and What It Is Not

Honest about scope so the right couples self-select

At this tier, the buyer needs the same kind of transparency they would expect from a serious physician they are considering working with for the next six months.

So here it is, named directly.

What Premium Mentoring does

  • Personalised case review for both partners, with continuous adjustment across the container

  • Live monthly Zoom calls with me, plus direct email access throughout

  • Custom protocols built around your specific biology, your data, your timeline

  • Decision support around medical interventions in real time (whether to do another cycle, when to test what, how to interpret what your reproductive endocrinologist is suggesting)

  • Held by me personally from intake to closure, no team, no handoffs

What Premium Mentoring does not include

  • Medical treatment, prescription medication, or anything that replaces your physician's care

  • Daily or on-demand access (the email response is within two working days, the live calls are scheduled monthly)

  • Lab costs themselves, which are paid to your local provider

  • Guaranteed pregnancy. Nobody serious offers that, and I do not either

Where this sits in the larger map

If the level of access in Premium feels like more than your situation calls for, the Lab and Protocol Package at $799 covers personalised lab work and protocols, with two weeks of follow-up clarification, but without live calls.

If you want the framework and structured course content without one-to-one work, the Epigenetic Fertility Code course at $497 covers that ground.

Premium is the right tier when the situation actually needs live, ongoing, direct work.

Who will be on the call and with you

Meet Your Instructor

I’m Dr. Nicola Schmitz, an epigenetic coach trained in functional and epigenetic medicine.

I work specifically with couples on the cellular and epigenetic layer of fertility that most reproductive medicine does not reach.

Premium Mentoring is the closest, most direct version of that work.

I take a small number of Premium couples at any given time.

I read every intake personally, run every call personally, and write every protocol personally.

There is no team, no junior coach, no one else interpreting your data and signing it with my name.

When you book the discovery call, you are booking thirty minutes with me.

If you choose to begin the mentoring, the work that follows is between me and the two of you.

My intention with this work is to give you and your partner structure, understanding, and a plan your bodies can actually respond to, held by someone who takes both of you seriously.

The investment, named clearly, in the right context

3 Months of 1:1 Premium Fertility Mentoring

US$ 2,997

6 Months of 1:1 Premium Fertility Mentoring

US$ 5,497

What both containers include

  • Comprehensive intake and case review for both partners

  • Personalized lab catalogs and full interpretation

  • Two custom protocols built to work together

  • Live monthly Zoom calls with me personally

  • Direct email access between calls, with two-working-day response

  • Decision support around medical interventions in real time

Costs outside the mentoring fee

To be completely transparent and honest:

The Premium investment covers my work entirely. The case review, the protocol design, the calls, the email access throughout the container, all of it. What it does not cover is the lab tests themselves and the supplements. Both are paid directly by you, to providers I do not have a financial relationship with.

This is deliberate. I do not sell supplements. I do not run an affiliate program. I do not receive commissions on anything I recommend. When I tell you that a specific product, at a specific dose, in a specific form, is what your situation calls for, that recommendation reflects what I believe is right for the two of you, not what benefits my own pocket. You purchase whatever the protocol calls for through whichever channels you prefer. Maintaining that separation is part of how I practice, and it matters to me that neither of you ever has to wonder whether my advice is shaped by anything other than your wellbeing.

To give you a realistic sense of what to budget alongside the mentoring fee, here is the rough range across most couples I work with:

  • Initial lab work: between $300 and $1,500 per partner, depending on your country and what your insurance covers

  • Supplements: between $200 and $500 per month for the couple combined

  • Follow-up labs during the program: typically another $300 to $800 per partner, depending on what we need to retest as the work progresses

These numbers are honestly hard to predict precisely in advance, because so much depends on where you live, what your insurance covers, and what we find as we go through the case together. We will tighten the estimate during the discovery call, once I understand your specific situation.

Payment options

Both containers can be paid in full or in monthly installments across the duration of the work. Payment details and the exact options are discussed on the discovery call, once we have established together that the work is the right fit.

The cost of not doing this work

I do not want to use this section to manufacture pressure, but I do want to name something that most couples at this point are not allowing themselves to look at clearly.

If you have already done two or three IVF cycles, the cumulative cost is already somewhere between $60,000 and $180,000.

The financial cost is the smaller piece. The cycles that do not work, the pregnancy announcements from friends that land with a weight you have stopped pretending you can carry, the conversations in your relationship that have started to circle the same loops, the slow erosion of how you each see your bodies and each other. None of this has a price tag, and I will not use it as leverage. But it is part of the actual accounting.

Six months of Premium Mentoring is $5,497. It is a fraction of one IVF cycle, less than what most couples in your situation are already spending in two months of guessed-at supplements, and the smallest investment you are likely to make in this process measured against what doing nothing tends to cost. If the work changes what your next medical decision actually accomplishes, the math takes care of itself.

If after the discovery call we both decide this is not the right fit, you will have spent thirty minutes and zero dollars, and you will leave the call with a clearer sense of what is.

Frequently asked questions

Is the discovery call really free, or is there a catch?

Genuinely free. Thirty minutes on Zoom with me, both of you on the line, no charge, no card on file. If at the end of the call we decide together that the mentoring is the right fit, the payment conversation happens then. If we decide it is not, you leave with a clearer sense of what is, and there is no follow-up sales sequence.

Both partners on the call, or just one?

Both of you, ideally. The mentoring is built for couples and the call is built the same way. If your partner genuinely cannot make a specific time slot, you can come alone for the first call and we can arrange a follow-up with both of you before any decision is made. But the standard is both of you, together.

What if we are not sure if we want to begin yet?

Book the call anyway. Thirty minutes is short enough that you can use it as a clarity tool rather than a commitment device. Many couples book the discovery call months before they actually begin the mentoring. The door stays open.

How quickly can we begin if we decide yes?

Typically within one to two weeks of the discovery call. After we decide together that we will work together, you complete the intake forms, run any preliminary labs that make sense to start with, and we schedule the first working call.

Can this run alingside IVF?

Yes. Premium Mentoring is built to work alongside any medical fertility care. We will adjust the protocol to fit your cycle timing, and a meaningful part of the work is helping you and your partner make decisions about medical interventions with better information.

What happens, if we become pregnant during the container?

The work shifts. The protocols change to support the early pregnancy. The remaining months of the container cover the first trimester and the transition into pregnancy, which is often where couples need support more than they expected.

Can we extend after the three or six months end?

Yes. Many couples who begin with three months extend, and some who finish six months choose to continue with a lighter container afterward. We discuss the options in the final calls of the container, with no pressure either way.

Do you take many Premium clients?

A limited number at any given time. Because I do every call and write every protocol myself, the practice is naturally capped. If a discovery call slot is available on the Calendly link, that means I currently have space for a new Premium couple. If slots are temporarily fully booked, the Calendly will show that, and you can either join a short waitlist or come back later.

What if we have already bought the course or the Lab and Protocol Package?

Bring that up on the discovery call. If you have done the course, we will not repeat the framework, we will go deeper into your specifics. If you have done the Lab and Protocol Package, we already have your data and can move faster. The cost of those purchases may be credited toward Premium depending on timing, and we discuss that on the call.

What if we have questions before booking the call?

Write to me directly at [contact email]. I read every email myself. For most situations, the cleaner answer is to book the call and let the conversation cover the questions in context, but if there is a specific situation where you want to confirm fit before booking, email works.

One last thing, before you decide whether to book

If you have read this far, the two of you have probably already had the conversation about whether to do this. Maybe several times. Maybe you have closed and reopened this page over the past few weeks. Maybe you have watched the VSL twice.

What I will say is this. The discovery call is thirty minutes, free, with both of you on the line. Whatever the two of you decide afterward is yours to decide. If we agree the work is the right fit, we begin. If we agree it is not, you leave the call with a clearer picture than you came in with. There is no version of booking the call that ends badly.

If you have been carrying this alone for a while, the call is also a way to put it down for thirty minutes, in front of someone who knows the terrain. Many couples describe that single conversation, regardless of what they decide afterward, as the first time in a long time that they felt held.

Whatever you decide, I am glad you spent these minutes here. The page will still be open whenever you are ready.
