If any of the following describes the two of you, the package is built for exactly this situation.
You have labs from your reproductive endocrinologist or general practitioner, and the answer you received was either "normal" or a generic supplement list
You and your partner want the next six months to be deliberate, not another year of guessing and waiting
You want to understand the why behind your specific situation, not generic recommendations that could apply to anyone
You are ready for a structured plan, calmly delivered, that you can both follow without it taking over your life
You want someone who looks at both partners as the biological participants you both are, not just the female partner with the male partner as a footnote
Whether your specific situation includes:
Hormone imbalances or cycle irregularities
Low sperm parameters or DNA fragmentation findings
Inflammation, autoimmunity, or chronic immune activation
Repeated implantation failure or recurrent loss
Chronic symptoms or fatigue that nobody has connected to fertility
Tests that look normal while nothing actually feels normal
The quiet feeling that no one has yet looked at the two of you, together, with depth, looking at both partners together
I do not promise miracles. What I do is take the time to trace your story down to the cellular level for both of you, understand what is actually happening, and build a real plan from there. Rooted in science. Tailored to both bodies. Each plan spans 6 months.
After reviewing your intake forms and any existing labs you have already done, I send you two specific lab catalogs, one for each of you, listing exactly which tests are useful in your situation. These are the tests that move the needle, not the panels your clinic runs by default. You take the catalog to your physician, your local lab, or an online testing service, depending on what is available where you live.

Once your lab results come back, you send them to me. I read them against each other, against your symptoms, against your fertility history, and against your partner's results in parallel. The interpretation goes beyond the reference range and into what the patterns actually mean for the two of you.
Each protocol covers what to take, in what form, in what dose, at what time of day, with or without food, and for how long. Plus what to monitor across the six months and how to know whether each piece is doing its work. Supplement lists are common. Protocols built like this are not. The two protocols are designed to fit together as one combined strategy, not as two parallel plans you have to reconcile on your own.

The supplement layer is one piece. The lifestyle layer underneath is what makes the supplements actually land. Each of your protocols includes the lifestyle, nutrition, and nervous-system pieces specific to your situation, broken into phases across the six months so it is doable rather than overwhelming.
After your protocols arrive, questions about implementation are normal. What to prioritize first, how to sequence the changes, what to do if something in the protocol is not immediately clear. For two weeks following delivery, you can email me directly with these questions and I personally answer. The follow-up is focused on what is in your specific protocols, making sure both of you can begin the work with clarity rather than guesswork.

The $799 covers my work entirely. The lab catalog design, the in-depth interpretation of both partners' results, the two custom protocols, and the follow-up questions you have in the days immediately after delivery. What it does not cover is the lab tests themselves and the supplements that the protocols will call for. Both are paid directly by you, to providers I do not have a financial relationship with.
This is deliberate. I do not sell supplements. I do not run an affiliate program. I do not receive commissions on anything I recommend. When I tell you that a specific product, at a specific dose, in a specific form, is what your situation calls for, that recommendation reflects what I believe is right for the two of you, not what benefits my own pocket. You purchase whatever the protocol calls for through whichever channels you prefer.
Maintaining that separation is part of how I practice, and it matters to me that neither of you ever has to wonder whether my advice is shaped by anything other than your wellbeing.
To give you a realistic sense of what to budget alongside the package fee, here is the rough range:
Initial lab work: between $300 and $1,500 per partner, depending on your country and what your insurance covers
Supplements: between $200 and $500 per month for the couple combined, sometimes more for more complex protocols, intended to run across the months the protocol covers
These numbers are honestly hard to predict precisely in advance, because so much depends on where you live, what your insurance covers, and what your specific situation calls for. The lab catalog itself will mark essential and useful-but-optional tests, so a meaningful portion of the budget stays in your control from the start.
1. Begin the package and complete the intake
After your purchase, you receive a confirmation email with two intake forms, one for each of you. The forms cover health history, fertility history, current symptoms, previous lab results, current medications, supplements, lifestyle context, and the specific situation you are coming in with.
2. Receive your personalized lab catalog
Within five working days of receiving your completed intake forms, you receive two lab catalogs, one for each of you, with the specific tests I want you to run based on your situation. Each test is marked as essential or useful-but-optional, so you can prioritize what your budget allows.
3. Run the labs locally
You take the lab catalog to a local provider, your existing physician, or an online testing service, depending on what is available in your country. Lab costs are paid directly to that provider and are separate from the $799 package fee. If you already have recent results that cover what I have requested, we use those and you do not need to repeat the test.
4. Receive Your Custom Protocol
Once your results are in, you send them to me and within seven to ten working days you receive your two custom protocol PDFs. The protocols include the interpretation, the supplement plan, the lifestyle and nervous-system framework, and the phased structure across the six months.
5. Implement, with two weeks of follow-up clarification included
From the day you receive your protocols, a two-week follow-up window opens for implementation questions. If anything in either protocol is not immediately clear, or you want to confirm how to sequence the first changes, email me directly and I answer personally. After those two weeks, the protocol is built to carry itself, with the structure and pacing already in place.
#1 Both partners' biology, read alongside each other
The labs are interpreted in parallel, the protocols are built to work together. Two aligned lab catalogs and two protocols that function as a combined strategy. Most fertility plans give the female partner a comprehensive workup and the male partner a sperm analysis, which is not enough. The cellular contribution from his side is fifty percent, and the package treats it that way.
#2 Markers your reproductive endocrinologist does not test for
Beyond AMH, FSH, and the standard hormone panel, the lab catalog includes the markers that actually shift outcomes. Inflammation panels, methylation markers, mitochondrial indicators, specific SNPs, immune balance markers, gut and liver markers, micronutrient status. These are not exotic tests. They are the layers underneath the layer most reproductive clinics work with.
#3 A real protocol, not a supplement list
Each protocol specifies what to take, in what form (active versus inactive folate is one example among many), in what dose, at what time of day, with or without food, for how long, and what to monitor. The protocol also specifies which supplements to stop, which interactions to avoid, and which lifestyle adjustments matter most for your specific picture. Lists are common. Protocols of this depth are not.
#4 A complete package, not a starting point
The protocols you receive are not a document to sit with and figure out. Every supplement comes with its form, dose, timing, food context, and duration. Every lifestyle recommendation comes with the why and the how. The package is built to be implemented from the day it arrives, without needing to go back and forth to make sense of it. Two weeks of follow-up clarification are included for any questions that come up after delivery.
#5 Medical-grade work, not wellness
I am a physician. The protocol is built using the same clinical rigor I would apply if I were treating my own family. No motivational language, no vague suggestions to "listen to your body," no spiritual framing dressed up as biology. The work is specific, structured, and verifiable. You will know whether it is doing what it should be doing because the markers will tell you.
The Lab and Protocol Package sits in a specific place between two other offerings, and I want to make that placement clear so you can decide whether this is the right tier for the two of you.
What this package does
Personalised lab interpretation for both partners
Two custom protocol PDFs covering supplements, lifestyle, and nervous system
Phased structure across six months
Two weeks of follow-up email clarification after delivery
Built around your specific biology and your specific situation, not a template
What this package does not include
Live one-to-one video calls or sessions with me (those are part of Premium Mentoring)
The full Epigenetic Fertility Code course (the framework education sits in the course)
Medical treatment, prescription medication, or anything that replaces your physician's care
Lab costs themselves (those are paid to your local provider)
If you want the framework and the structured course content, the Epigenetic Fertility Code course at $497 covers that ground.
If you want close one-to-one work with me across the entire process, including live calls, decision support, and continuous direct interaction, Premium Mentoring is what that looks like.
The Lab and Protocol Package is the right choice when you want personalised data work without the cost of a full one-to-one container. It is the most popular choice for couples who already have the course knowledge and want their specific biology read properly.

Here is what that includes:
Personalised lab catalog for both partners
In-depth interpretation of your lab results, both of you, in parallel
Two custom protocol PDFs, supplements plus lifestyle plus nervous system, structured across six months
Two weeks of follow-up clarification after delivery, for implementation questions on both protocols
Built specifically around your biology, your story, your timeline
Lab costs separately
Lab costs are paid directly to your local lab, testing service, or physician. Typical range is $300 to $1500 per partner depending on what tests are needed and what your insurance covers. The lab catalog will mark which tests are essential and which are useful-but-optional, so the total cost is in your hands rather than fixed.
Context paragraph
For context, the Lab and Protocol Package is a fraction of the cost of one IVF cycle, and it addresses the foundation that most IVF cycles are landing on without ever changing. Couples who have already done two or three cycles often describe the package as the first time someone actually looked at the two of them as a single biological situation, rather than running protocols on the female partner while sending the male partner home with CoQ10.
If the work changes what your next medical decision actually accomplishes, the math takes care of itself.
If the package does not feel right after you have begun
Because this is a personalized service that begins the moment you submit your intake forms, the guarantee is structured to give you a fair window without leaving the work undefended. If you purchase the package and then decide, before submitting your completed intake forms, that this is not the right fit, write to me within seven days for a full refund. Once your intake forms are submitted and I have begun the work, the package proceeds as designed.
This window gives you the time to look more closely, talk it over with your partner, and decide cleanly. It also makes clear that once we begin, the work is mutually committed to.
From purchase to receiving your protocols typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on how quickly you complete your intake forms and run your labs. The two-weeks support window begins on the day you receive your protocols, not on the day you purchase.
No. The $799 covers the lab catalog, the interpretation, the protocol design, and the six months of email support. Lab costs themselves are paid to your local provider and typically run $300 to $1500 per partner depending on what tests are needed and what your insurance covers. The lab catalog marks which tests are essential and which are useful-but-optional so the total is in your control.
Send them along with your intake forms. If your existing results cover what I would have requested anyway, you do not need to repeat the tests. We use what you have. The lab catalog will only include additional tests that are not already in your file.
The package is built for couples, both partners assessed together. If your partner is not currently engaged in the process and you want to begin alone, write to me first before purchasing and we will see whether it makes sense to proceed.
Yes. The package is built to work alongside any medical fertility care. Protocols will note where supplements may interact with IVF medications and adjust accordingly. Nothing in the work replaces or interferes with medical treatment.
If during the six months it becomes clear that your situation needs live calls and ongoing direct work, you can upgrade to Premium Mentoring at any point. The $799 is credited toward the Premium investment if the upgrade happens within thirty days of receiving your protocols.
The protocols remain yours indefinitely. The email support window closes at six months, after which you can either continue independently, book a single follow-up consultation, or move into Premium Mentoring if the work has surfaced the need for closer guidance.
Within 1-2 working days, usually faster. I read every email myself. There is no team, no chatbot, no template responses.
Not by default. The intake forms and the seven-day pre-intake guarantee cover the same ground. If you have a specific question about whether the package fits your situation before you purchase, write to me at [email protected] and I will answer.
