In a 40 minute 1:1 Zoom-Call we'll explore your symptoms, history, and pattern.
We clarify:
Your 2–3 real priorities
What you should consciously leave out
Where you might unintentionally overdo it
What a realistic starting pace looks like
After the session, you receive a concise written summary outlining:
Your defined priorities
Clear boundaries (“no-gos”)
Your stabilization focus
Practical guardrails for the coming weeks
This gives you something concrete to refer back to, instead of relying on memory or second-guessing your decisions.


Three weeks later, you complete a structured check-in form.
You reflect on:
What felt stable
Where uncertainty showed up
How your pace felt
What needs adjustment
You then receive direct feedback to refine your direction and keep things aligned.
